PATRICK
Patrick brings a strong background in calisthenics to his coaching, making him a specialist in conditioning and strength training. He works with climbers to create customized training plans that complement their climbing goals, helping build a solid foundation for long-term growth and performance.
AMELIE
With over seven years of climbing experience, Amelie lives and breathes the sport. As a coach, her motivation is fueled by seeing others progress and achieve their goals. Rather than offering quick fixes, Amelie focuses on building consistency through multiple sessions and providing the tools you need to apply skills effectively and see real, lasting results. She’s passionate about working with climbers who are committed to putting in the time and effort to grow. Coaching with Amelie is a partnership — you’ll be pushing forward together, learning, progressing, and getting stoked every step of the way.
murray
Murray is a highly technical climber who brings his routesetting expertise into his coaching. His keen eye for detail allows him to break down movement and technique, while his encouraging approach helps climbers progress with confidence. Murray’s sessions blend precision with motivation, giving climbers the tools to improve both technically and mentally.
DAN
Dan takes a classic, old-school approach to coaching. He emphasizes static strength, climbing flow, technical precision, and route reading. His coaching style is always tailored to each individual, focusing on their unique goals and level of experience.
LEWIS
Lewis brings energy and fun to every session, making him an ideal coach for beginners, children, and anyone who might feel a little nervous or shy. He covers all the fundamentals of climbing, from effective warm-ups (that you’ll want to steal for your own sessions) to strength training and technique development. Lewis ensures that learning the basics feels approachable, enjoyable, and confidence-building.
dave
Dave’s coaching is centered around dynamic movement and coordination. He specializes in helping climbers improve their ability on slopers and pinch holds—two of the most challenging grip types. If you’re looking to add fluidity and explosiveness to your climbing, Dave is the coach to guide you there.
JOE
Joe specializes in helping climbers progress their projecting, refine technique, and develop overall ability—particularly for intermediate climbers working on V3s and V4s. While he enjoys coaching all ages and abilities, most of his experience has been with kids and teenagers. His sessions begin with understanding where a climber is in their journey, then honing in on the specific areas they want to improve.
JITKA
Jitka brings a unique perspective, focusing on movement over strength. She enjoys technical climbs, static control, and fluid motion, often describing climbing as a kind of dance. Favoring efficiency over force, she shows climbers how to move gracefully—even on steep terrain—using hips and balance rather than raw power. Her approach is especially supportive for those who may doubt their upper body strength, helping them discover that climbing can be playful, flowing, and accessible to all.
brendan
Brendan loves getting into your projects with you and celebrating every bit of progress along the way. He’s all about making climbing fun while helping you feel more confident on the wall. You’ll often find him on the topout wall—his favorite spot in the gym—where he’ll show you how to overcome any nerves by building up your confidence step by step. He’s just as happy tackling steep overhangs and cheering you on as you push through the pump. In his sessions, Brendan will keep things upbeat and supportive, with smart warm-ups and a simple structure that helps you get the most out of your time climbing.
