Climbing is a fantastic sport for children and young people. It can challenge physically, increasing strength and stamina, as well as developing problem solving skills, the ability to make quick decisions and teamwork. However, like any sport, climbing also has its dangers and it is important to us that young people are supported to climb safely at Avid.  Please read on for information about how to get children and young people climbing.
